High-quality materials for reliable performance: The CPE versions use a two-layer braid made of nylon on the outside and stainless steel wire in the center around a CPE rubber core – robust, flexible, and abrasion-resistant. The PTFE kit combines nylon and stainless steel with a PTFE inner layer for particularly high temperature and media resistance, including E85. Designed for tough conditions: The CPE sets operate at up to 500 psi with a burst pressure of 2000 psi and cover temperatures from -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to 125°C) – ideal for most conversions and near-stock setups. The PTFE set significantly increases the load capacity with up to 3000 psi working pressure, 7000 psi burst, and a temperature range from -76°F to 446°F (-60°C to 230°C). Complete set with precisely fitting connections: Each kit comes with a coordinated selection of swivel hose ends (straight 45°, 90°, and 180°) to elegantly accommodate different installation positions. The 6AN PTFE package also includes AN to NPT adapters (3 8' and 5 16' hose adapters), a quick-connect male connector, and a reaming tool for clean hose preparation. Low-leakage connection technology: For a consistent seal, each set includes matching sealing rings that support the frictional connection of the fittings and prevent micro-leakage. Combined with the multi-layer braiding, this creates a reliable bond that absorbs pressure surges and keeps connections permanently stable. Key Differences The PTFE 6AN 25 ft set is E85 compatible, heat-resistant from -60 to 230°C (-76 to 456°F) and pressure-resistant up to 3000 psi (7000 psi burst), while the CPE sets offer working pressures from -40 to 125°C (-40 to 256°F) and 500 psi (2000 psi burst). Lengths vary depending on the set: 10 ft for the 10AN CPE, 20 ft for the 6AN CPE and 8AN CPE, and 25 ft for the PTFE 6AN for extended installations.
